We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Create a National Service Dog Registry to protect persons with disabilities from harassment and being denied entry

Created by T.I. on November 14, 2016

People who have service dogs face harassment from public establishments that are not well educated on the ADA, and lose the public's trust when fake service dog handlers affect their reputation.

Please put an end to it by cracking down on companies that enable people to circumvent the law by selling service dog vests and certification. In addition, prosecute those who fake having a service dog by establishing a registry that confirms service dog training conducted by the owner or a training facility.

The continuation of these fake service animals harm other people with disabilities. With increased reports of fake service animals attacking working dogs which puts handlers in immediate danger, we must remember to keep the safety of persons with disabilities a priority.
