Create a national Space Holliday. Where for one day a year we turn off all street lights for one hour.

We the people ask our government to enact a national holiday where in all street light are turned off for one hour at night. We ask this so that all Americans can have a chance to see the beauty of our night sky without light pollution. To foster a renewed interest in space, space exploration, and the wonder of our universe.
