Create a National Testing Service for all professions so that if you pass the exam, you are that professional.

I would like the federal government to create a Nation Testing Service like the Board Exams for ALL professions. This comprehensive exams that would simulate the real working conditions of the profession would allow people to become nurses, doctors, lawyers, without the immense expense of going to school for five years and ending up in hundreds of thousands of dollars of debt. It would also allow the field of education to become more efficient because education today is determined by the hours in a chair.
