Create a national training program to train and place guard dogs at all public schools.

Our public schools need any added level of security available. Implementing a program to train dogs to serve as guards on school campuses would help to deter any intruder or person with intent to do harm. Much like we have dogs in our homes to give us comfort, love, and a sense of security...these chosen dogs could provide these same services to our children and school faculty.
