Create a national university system like all of our peers to help students.

We need to create a national university system that operates on a regional basis with tuition rates being split inbetween resident and non resident tuition to help Americans. While the current system can work almost all of the students are restricted to only state colleges due to cost, even if the state colleges aren't right for them. We need to look at what our peers do and establish a university system made by the national government to help Americans who lack a suitable in state university and would be within the average Americans price range.
