The Social Security Administration already has a database that represents over 95% of the data needed. This effort will ensure that voter registration is maintained as one moves, that voters cannot be easily disenfranchised, that voter fraud is controlled, and will reduce duplicative costs currently borne and duplicated by municipalities.
