The State of Wyoming has created a Welcome Home Day for Veterans. I think this a great idea and should be implemented on the National Level!
Let's make a National Welcome Home Day for all Veteran's, especially those from the Korean War, Vietnam War, and other veterans who were not properly thanked upon their return home.
We presently have Troops dying in Afghanistan. We have Troops still coming home from a War that many have forgotten. We have a backlog of Veterans receiving benefits. This is not right. America needs to stand behind these troops and show their support.
A NATIONAL WELCOME HOME DAY would be an excellent way to rally Americans so they may thank all Veterans who have made it home from War.
