Because,
1. The Bundy Ranch near Bunkerville, NV., was the site of an armed standoff against agents of the United States government,
2. This action on the part of Cliven Bundy and his associates was a felony,
3. The Bundy Ranch was used in the commission of this felony,
4. US asset forfeiture laws allow for the seizure of property used in committing felonies,
Therefore,
We, the undersigned, request that the federal government seize the Bundy Ranch near Bunkerville, NV., transfer ownership of it to the United States government, place it under the jurisdiction of the Bureau of Land Management, remove all buildings, fences and other man-made structures, restore the property to the extent possible to its natural state, and establish upon in a National Wildlife Refuge.
