During the Great Depression, Programs were put in place to not only give people jobs and earn a decent wage, but also build schools, parks, and other buildings which are still standing. Given the current state of the economy and the need to repair our crumbling infrastructure, it would be in the country's best interest to create a NEW Works Progress Administration and Civilian Conservation Corp to address both the creation of jobs and the repair and construction of now roads, bridges and other crumbling infrastructure.
