We, the undersigned, request that monies be devoted to the purpose of setting up a publicly accessible web portal for climate change information, including steps that can be taken by individuals and companies to reduce their impact on the climate.
This could be done with the cooperation of the National Academy of Science and other governmental and non-governmental agencies.
The United States should take the lead in the distribution of information.
