Create a nationwide concealed carry permit to replace the state permits.

Creating a nationwide concealed weapons permit will alleviate the burden to both citizens and state employees of the application process for concealed carry permits. Several different states are required with the correct and ever changing reciprocity to cover most of the nation. This will allow law abiding citizens to get one permit to cover all states requiring such a permit as well as help standardize gun laws between states. Less gun laws equals less gun crime, this will eliminate the major hot spots (Louisiana, Chicago, and D.C.) of gun violence by making the laws more citizen friendly. The Second Amendment has been the law for 224 years, stop trying to change that.
