Create a nationwide lottery that includes all fifty states. Have a weekly or biweekly drawing to generate a substantial jackpot. Have 100 percent of taxes generated from this lottery go towards the national deficit. We need to improve the value of our dollar against foreign markets and lowering our national deficit is the biggest problem we have. In a day and age where none of us want to sacrifice any government programs such as medicare or social security, we should do something that could put money back into the system.
