Create a nationwide network of wifi run by the government for use by the public.

The country is becoming more and more dependent on the use of the Internet due to tablets, smart phones, etc. ThIs causes issues when a person leaves their an area where they can access it. My petition is to create a wifi network that would encompass the entire United States in cities with a population of at least 25,000 people that is run by the government. It doesn't necessarily have to be free, a small fee of say, $20 a year would be incredibly reasonable for the use of wifi just about anywhere you go. If just the 100,000 people who agree to this petition (if it gets enough signatures for you to review it), that's 2 million dollars that the government would get! In a way, it could also help find the government as well as be convenient to everyone!
