Create a Nationwide policy of 'What To Do in The Event of a Mass Shooting or Terrorist Attack' for schools, jobs, etc.

When a natural disaster strikes, hurricanes - earthquakes - tornadoes, there are guidelines for preparations, and in the event, how to be safe. With the evolving changing world, we need to add to that list, terrorist attacks, and mass shooting attacks. We are asking the government to create guidelines of what to do and not to do in this situation, to promote videos on how to stay safe, and mandate schools with drills. An official policy will help us be prepared, to be educated on how to be safe and strong when we are under attack.
