Create a nationwide service to help match job seekers with open positions.

The unemployment rate for people with college degrees is 3.8%. This is an average, meaning some areas it is lower and some higher. Yet, where I live I have been unable to find meaningful work in my field for 2 years. I would relocate anywhere my education will allow me to get a job in my field, or a related one. The problem is, I don't know where to look and web sites full of job listings are not helpful. We need a national job search assistance service, staffed with actual people, who can collect resumes, work with employers,and match qualified people with jobs that are worth getting out of bed in the morning for. I would like to be able to submit my resume, and have someone who matches it with jobs and sets up interviews. Perhaps funding for travel to interviews would be helpful.
