Obama was correct that tax system was unfair for working class and good for rich class only. The congress should create the Personal Net Assets Law to distribution of wealth between rich class and working class.The Personal Net Assets Law will tax 2 % the rich class that people had net assets more than One million dollars. If the people net assets more than three million dollars, the people cannot enjoy social security benefit like Europe.
