create a new Amendment that overturns the 5th Amendment's "Double Jeopardy" rule only once should new evidence be found.

Created by D.R. on January 21, 2013

The government should institute a new Amendment stating that, should new evidence be found that can prosecute the previous defendant in the case, the "Double Jeopardy" rule shall be overturned only once in the new case. Should the defendant be considered "Not Guilty" once more, they can no longer be prosecuted of that same crime.
