Our current National Anthem, written by Francis Scott Key, is a source of controversy because of its history, his past, and the original 3rd stanza. Congress should invite Americans from all corners of this country to submit lyrics for a new anthem to be voted on by our citizens. The top candidates to be submitted to Congress for approval.
