Create a new demographic grouping of people, according to how they act socially to better communicate with citizens.

This be it known that there needs to be a new system of demographics that better suits today's changing social classes. Although a child may be born into a wealthy family, he may act "rowdy", therefore the family could still be considered upper-class, but the child would now be legally classified as "rowdy". With a classification of "rowdy", the child would then have to redeem his social standing from "rowdy" to something better, such as "admirable" or "champ"; this can be done by community service or other approved tasks. These labels could be attained by a short form provided by the next census. These labels would not affect people in any way, other than employers could see how they are actually doing outside of work. This idea could lower crime rate as well.
