Constitutional amendment to:
Safeguard well being of our government to the outreaches of society and promote our way of life through a separate but equal accountability of federal policy
This department would:
1. Examine state constitutions and laws that are "already on the books". Where there are contradictions in laws, policy, process or laws that directly or indirectly violation of the Constitution or the Bill or Rights of the United State of America. This department would send the socially dangerous inequities to be ratified, place a stay, direct them to the courts or pressure state, local or federal officials to remove or ratify.
