The new entrepreneurship visa should be named H1C.
Requirements for qualification:
1) Any foreigner who wants to set up a new business in the US without sponsorship.
2) Illegal residents as well as anyone on a visa can qualify.
3) Those who can pay $2500 every 12 months.
4) Must not be coming for the purpose of a job search
5) Entrepreneurs, innovators and investors who want to invest or set up new business will qualify.
Under this visa, the entrepreneur/innovator/investor must hire 2-3 US citizens or greencard holders and pay them no more than $60,000 while the said entrepreneur/innovator/investor should make no more than $250,000 in order to qualify for a greencard.
The wait times for the H1C visa and greencard should not be more than a week.
