I, Will Landstrom, am proposing that we create a new Federal Database to track the movements of all billionaires who are here in the USA freely roaming the country. These people clearly have the motive and the means to wreak havoc on the United States. They hate us for our freedom. Hence we need to MONITOR their every move. Thank you,
