create a new federal holiday called "Union Solider's memorial day" to commemorate the sacrifice they gave

We request that Obama create a new federal holiday commemorating the great sacrifice that the Union Soldiers gave to hold this great nation together. We also want to specifically recognize General Sherman for his drive to the sea and General Grant for leading the glorious Union soldiers to victory against the South. An annual celebration will help heal this nation and remind every one of the sacrifice the Union soldiers gave.
