Create a new federal program to assist convicted felons in finding a career post prison sentence to reduce recidivism.

Created by B.C. on November 01, 2011

Create a new federal program which would assist convicted felons in finding a career after they complete their prison sentence. Such a program would reduce recidivism in the American criminal justice system and encourage convicted felons, many of whom lack post secondary education, to compete in today's very competitive economy without turning to crime as a source of income. The program would place an emphasis on those who have become certified in a trade while incarcerated.
