The members of the University of Pennsylvania applicants of 2019 Facebook group request that the United States government formally sponsor and forcibly induct a brand new university into the ivy league. Said institution will be available only to members of the closed Facebook group, and only to the members of said group. Any applicants that do not have an affiliation with said group will be immediately rejected on the basis of not meeting the requirements for admission. In addition, said university will be dubbed Turnt University, and must reach an endowment comparable to that of other ivy league universities in the first year of creation. The educators of "Turnt U" will be hired from and only from the existing ivy league institutions, so that we may mimic the academic environment of ivies
