create new gun laws to stop future killing!

I would like to start by pointing out that a car is like a weapon it kills people, so therefore the cars are insured. We must apply the same concept to all gun owners, to try to solve this national crisis. If you have a gun, you must have insurance with liability with all formalities that applies, which are similar to car insurance. We must introduce heavy penalties if gun owners do not have insurance. Hand guns and other dangerous guns, especially should have a higher premium. I think if we could apply these brand-new laws for all guns to be insured, I think every own will be more careful where they keep their gun, or if it is even necessary to have a possession of guns. We must put guns under new insurance laws, to make the public accountable for their actions.
