I would like a new holiday, named Neil Armstrong Day, to be established. I think his birthday, August 5th, would be a good fit.
I would like to see this holiday be a day of international celebration and cooperation among space programs.This holiday would be a great way to bolster international relations and a great way to educate students about space programs.
Neil Armstrong Day would be the day to commemorate the first footsteps of man on the moon and the "giant leap for mankind."
