The US has a few months to appreciate a few of the cultures that America is home to.
Instead of this I propose that we have one month in which all cultures are celebrated, brought together.
I move that we reform February to be Cultural Appreciation Month, as well as removing all segregated cultural months.
Along with this comes a wish to solidify more of an American culture. We appreciate freedom, have barbeques, hamburgers, hot dogs, the media from music to movies is HUGE here, we CELEBRATE like no other country in the world (just watch a college football game), we have all these twerks, but have yet to name them "American culture."
I also propose a parade at the end of the month where everyone in the country is invited to show their cultural appreciation in Washington DC
