Create a new law to allow Active Duty and Retired Military Members to apply for a Federal 50 State CCW Permit.

This petition is to create a Federal CCW permit that any Active or Retired Military member can apply for and can carry anywhere in our country. Additionally, consider allowing any police officer active or retired to apply. Again, this would be an application that Active or Retired military members are eligible to apply for. This CCW permit would allow them to carry a concealed firearm in all 50 states. Many military members already have a current Top Secret background investigation, almost all have a completed Secret investigation. This implies they are already found cleared by the Federal Government to handle our nations secrets. It only makes sense to have a Federal CCW that they can apply for as well, this permit should allow them to carry a concealed firearm in all 50 states.
