The ATF has been stripped of much of its power over the years to enforce existing laws regarding sales of firearms. Create a new enforcement organization that is separate from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. Allow the new organization to inspect and trace gun sales throughout the US and oversee enforcement of existing laws.
