The USA is a nation that respects peace, not murders. Some laws are on the books. The Islam religion in part has changed the world in this respect and needs to change worldwide. Please create a new law that should become a model for all countries if enacted in the USA.
Recommendation: A new national law specifying an immediate, non-appealable, punishment of death sentence automatically for anyone who communicates in any manner to other people that they should kill someone.
