In light of the recent FBI recommendation against indicting former Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton, and the FBI's finding that gross negligence, despite overwhelming evidence of a crime, is sufficient reason to not seek prosecution of high level politicians, I ask the administration to extend that same protection to all citizens. If ignorance of the law is to be an excuse for those that make law, practice law, and ultimately enforce the law, it should be a protection afforded to all citizens. Further, I propose this new executive order be named in honor of George Costanza, who was wrongly fired from his place of employment under similar circumstances.
