Animals are living, breathing, feeling creatures. They can feel pain. New stricter laws must be created and enforced to protect poor innocent animals from so called "humans."
Also, there should be laws passed on buying or adopting pets. Anyone selling or giving away a pet should have to require references-both vet & personal-to ensure the animal is going to a responsible, caring person.
People who post videos on the internet demonstrating any kind of torture or pain to an animal should be charged with a felony and face max prison time, a fine, psychiatric help and barred from ever owning a pet again.
