Throughout history Presidents of the United States of America have got away with minor acts of martial law in times of war and disasters. Allowing even these minor unconstitutional acts is dangerous and risks our nation falling into complete control of one leader as that has happened throughout history such as the Roman Empire and Nazi Germany. Our nation was built on principles to avoid this and in a crutial time that our nation is it is all the more critical that our political leaders understand that this nation is lead by the people and not one man.
