We need to slow down global warming. Global warming results in warming temperatures, more or less moisture in some areas, animals moving further north, higher sea levels, and melting ice sheets. Global warming makes warmer temperatures breaking record highs like in 2012 and 2013 with more frequent, hotter, and longer heat waves. Then there's more floods in some areas but more droughts in others. Animals are moving further north too to find cooler temperatures. Then there's higher sea levels, resulting from the melting Antarctic ice sheets, it's predicted by scientists that one day the sea level will become so high it will submerge Washington, D.C. We need to fight it by using more renewable energy sources and stop using fossil fuels.
