It is time for us as a nation to consider a Constitution that is considered a living/modified document. As a living document we would be able to rewrite according to the times to come. What was initially written decades ago doesn't apply in the same way as of today.How it is now uses words that exclude our citizen and also uses church and state verbiage and it has been amended so many time it is a mess.
We have technology that will allow this to be a live and breathing document for all citizen.
