Create a new Medal honoring those that have been Killed in Action.

We the people would like to create a special medal for those Military Service, Men and Women who died in action in the defense of our country.
As a multiple Purple Heart recipient I find it unfair to compare the sacrifices. Anyone Killed in Action would also receive the Purple Heart but my proposal calls for a special medal.
It could be called the Lincoln Heart for our 16th President who was the first President killed in office serving our country. But, the name is not as important as the special distinction given these brave men and women.
This medal can be taken to the grave, or treasured by family for generations.
