Create a new military branch specific to cyber warfare and defense.

In order to defend America in the 21st Century it is imperative that our homeland is secure against threats in cyberspace be it Nation State actors or other Advanced Persistent Threats (APTs). While Cyberspace is important to Land, Air, and Sea operations, it is a main effort unto itself and the culture of the other military branches doesn't lend itself to focus on this area specifically as an end goal. This is why such as the creation of the Airforce for areal operations it is imperative to create a dedicated military branch to cyber operations to ensure the best and brightest in this arena with a focused culture on cyber warfare.
