Create a new 'New Deal' that would invest in large scale public works projects, the arts, and green energy production.

We are asking the government to create a bill for a second 'New Deal' that helped our economy so much during the Great Depression. By investing wisely into large scale public works construction, green energy production, and into the arts and educational system we can create millions of new jobs that will spur innovation and invention to get our economy growing once again.
