Cannabis and Hemp should be treated as a renewable resource if states decide to regulate both. The new organization would work with other government agencies, DEA, IRS, USDA, FDA to provide national standards and regulations which the states can either adopt or edit.
The new organization would be responsible for cannabis and hemp education, research and development on refinement to develop a wide variety of products.
