we request a federal intersession, due to states interference in local matters. We do not want this decision made by the states government. As has been their policy they will continue to fund their own big cities to the deptrimate of our rights. Oregon has unconstitutionally passed an order to take away our rights to self government with statements to take over economally failing southern counties. Its time for those counties of the same mind to have a state where local concerns come first.
