With the argument of cannabis reform going back and forth, a true 'solution' has not yet been presented.
We the people propose that cannabis be removed or rescheduled from the CSA, and the bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms also take on the roles and responsibilities of cannabis as well and be known as the CATF.
With good intentions but poor planning/execution, Fast/Furious was a dismal failure and a success for the cartels. Give the (C)ATF a chance to redeem themselves, while creating new jobs in government (a shift of resources as well as new positions) And also creating a new plethora of industries in the private sector. All with the reformed (C)ATF having complete oversight.
Let us take back from the cartels what they took from us. Its win win for all of us. Gov or Civ.
