Concern over taxes that would be raised on small business should the bush tax cuts be repealed has been a major issue in the country over the past two election cycles. This concern is not without justification, however, i do believe it is not an unjustified or unfair thing to ask as well.
For that reason, I Propose the creation of a new tax bracket, similar to that currently occupied by corporations. I believe, that while this division may be difficult to define, it would be productive. Small Business owners would be able to hold funds necessary to run their businesses in their business while funds used as personal income could be taxed separately. This would also allow the taxes for business to be protected and those for actors or other multimillionaire to be assessed at "fair" level.
