Create new tax breaks for the hundreds of thousands of families who are dealing with childhood terminal illnesses.

Hundreds of thousands of middle class and poor (and rich) people in American have children that are facing the challenge of long-term or terminal illnesses. Many of these families take enormous time off work, lose jobs and income and are still in a position to pay taxes without enough to live on. Having tax breaks to help alleviate these pressures would be appreciated across the nation and help thousands of families feel more hopeful.
