A law that will require the following:
1. All persons having authorized access to public schools shall carry and present either a district or school issued identification badge to gain entry to authorized locations.
2. During hours of excessive vulnerability, such as bussing hours, school events and other community activities a law-enforcement officer must be present at each entrance to monitor activity and verify appropriate access.
3. Any person attempting to gain access to a public school without valid reason and authorization will be issued a trespass warning, which will document the event. Further, any subsequent invalid attempts will result in an arrest/warrant for trespassing.
4. Any person found carrying/transporting a weapon to/on public school property will be arrested.
