create a no fly zone over Syria so the civilian population cannot be bombed by IS or Assad.

The people of Syria are suffering immensely from bombing. The bombing is coming from the Assad regime dropping barrel bombs on civilians and the Islamic State, ISIL, moving into civilian territory. We have the technology to stop this massacre of civilians by instituting a no fly zone over civilian territory not help by IS or Assad. This will mean that no children or adults will be killed by bombing. These people are in need of help so why aren't we helping? They have hospitals that are underground, understaffed, with almost no medical equipment, no sanitation, and 99 percent of the people killed are civilians (VICE News). We wonder why the bombing happens here and in Europe and it is because we are not helping these people in need. They are looking to us for help. Help them.
