Create a non-partisan professional organization to administer nationwide elections.

While the long lines and myriad attempts to restric/deny voting rights in the 2012 Presidential election are still fresh in our minds; we need to address our broken system immediately or 2016 will be a similar , if not worse nightmare.
In order to insure a non-partisan approach to election administration a private organization not affiliated with any party or ideology shall be created. Said organization will be responsible for all elements of national elections from registration to method used and tabulation of results. It is critical to the continued viability of our democratic system that we eliminate fraud and partisan influence over our voting rigfhts, while maximizing access to the exercise of those rights. As our President so aptly put it, "By the way, we need to fix that"!
