The American Indian tribes have been interacting with the government since before there was one. 500 years of co-habitation and government relations but American Somoa, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico and other extensions of our government have more influence than the aboriginal people do in congress with non-voting members voted to represent those other nations agendas. the time has come for the good people of the United States of America to acknowledge the first nations people and hear their voice in congress giving them the same advantages of territories and peoples outside the common boundaries of this nation at the very least.
