Create Oct 7, The start of the Afghanistan War, a national holiday to honor the Men and Women KIA in the War on Terror

Declare OCT 7, a National Holiday to honor all Men ad Women who were KIA in both Iraqi and Afghanistan. Oct 7, 2001 is the start date of the War against the Taliban. Since then over 5,000 service members have been KIA. I request the nation take a day to remember those effected by the War.
