This petition is regarding a statement that President Obama made in 2011 "asking for a civilian defence force as strong and well funded as the U.S. military".
We the people of the United States of America ask the President to implement this proposal either through Executive Order or by Congressional approval.
Along with this proposal in regard to the new Health Affordability act of 2010, we ask that when this new program is implemented that they give the enlistees the right to free healthcare and education as long as they serve 2 years.
